You don't need to have an account to shop with us. However, if you would like to participate in the Lucky Rewards Program, you will need to create an account.

Prices

Our prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) excluding gst, as we are not registered to charge GST.

Order Requirements

There are no minimum order requirements. Order as much or as little as you like!

Fabric

Swatches

We are more than happy to send out a small swatch of fabric. Please email us the name of the fabric that you would like to be sent a swatch of. Please keep in mind that there is the possibility that a fabric may sell out by the time you place your order.

Colours

We take every effort to ensure that the colour of our fabrics are represented accurately. Please note that slight differences in colours can occur from one computer monitor to the next.

Pricing

Fabric and trim prices are per metre, however our fabric and trims are sold in increments of 25cm. This means you can purchase just 25cm if needed. When entering in a quantity, just type in a value of 0.25m (e.g. 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1, 1.25 etc). All fabric and trims are cut as a continuous piece.

Width

Fabrics vary in width, so please take into account each fabric’s width when calculating how much fabric you require for your projects. Please see individual fabric descriptions for fabric width information.

Weight

Light: From 110/gsm (Suitable for clothing and quilting)
Medium: From 180/gsm (Suitable for quilting and soft furnishings)
Heavy: From 360/gsm (Suitable for heavy upholstery)

Conversion Chart

Our fabric lengths and widths are provided in centimetres and metres. A small conversion chart is available on our product pages for those of you using the imperial measuring system. Of course, if you need help in determining your fabric requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Payment Methods

To pay by your preferred method, simply select your payment method when checking out. To change payment methods from your last order, please edit your billing information upon checkout.

Australian Customers

Australian customers can pay for their order by:

PayPal

Through a secure PayPal link, you can use your credit card, bank account or money in your PayPal account. You do not need to set up a PayPal account. For more information on using PayPal, please visit www.paypal.com.au.

Bank deposit

Lucky Lantern’s bank account details are provided in your order confirmation email. Please use your order number as your reference. Bank deposits can take a couple of days to clear and your order will ship as soon as it has cleared. If payment has not been received within seven business days, we will contact you before we cancel your order.

Cheque and Money Orders

Information for cheque and money orders will be provided on your order confirmation email. If you require any further information, please contact us. Orders will be shipped as soon as your payment has cleared. If payment has not been received within seven business days, we will contact you before we cancel your order.

Gift certificate

Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Enter your gift certificate code in the gift certificate box on your cart page before proceeding to checkout. If your order costs more than your gift certificate, you will need to pay the balance. If your order costs less, the balance will remain on your account in gift certificate form to be used in the future.
